What we collect and why

The quote form collects your name, email, property postcode and the type of job, plus, only if you choose, phone, timing, rough length, property type and a message, and the page you enquired from. If you send photographs of your fence or boundary by reply, we hold those alongside the enquiry. We use all of it to reply, to prepare a quotation, and if you become a client to carry out the work. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.

Who we share it with

Infrastructure providers acting on our instructions: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email) and Airtable (our job desk). We never sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed work, including any photographs, are kept for 6 years for guarantee and legal purposes.

Your rights
